It can be natural to assume what 'spirituality' represents or looks like. However, our wellbeing is enhanced by *any connection* that takes us beyond the material, and into a deeper, fuller, more meaningful experience of the universe.

The following questions may be helpful if you would like to deepen a sense of spiritual connection in a way that is personal, unique, and resonant with you:

🦋 95% of the universe is beyond human comprehension or exploration (Dark Matter and Dark Energy) and there are at least six dimensions we are yet to understand. How might these unknown (unknowable) facets of the universe be impacting and interacting with us?

🦋 Consider the fantastical aspects of the world you may have connected with as a child – fairies, monsters, elves, imaginary friends. How might you reconnect with that sense of magic and otherworldly communion?

🦋 What bedrock belief do you lean into when you are dealing with immense pain, trauma, or pressure? What keeps you waking up and moving forward in the darkest of days?

✨ Kindness and Forgiveness: Pro-social behaviour boosts happiness and improves mental health.
✨ Interconnectedness: Aligns with ecological and systems theories and recent understandings of the Quantum Field, showing how we're all linked.
✨ Energy Healing: Techniques like Reiki and Access Bars have been scientifically shown to promote relaxation and health.
✨ Non-Attachment: The Buddhist concept of detachment reduces anxiety and fosters psychological flexibility.
✨ Psi experience: The existence of a human sixth sense and the flexible nature of space-time has been supported by experiments up to and beyond any measure of 'scientific proof'.
